Musrenbang is a public planning forum (program) organized by public institutions, namely the village / sub-district, sub-district, city / district governments in collaboration with residents and stakeholders. organizing musrenbang is one of the government’s duties to organize government, development and social affairs. development will not move forward if only one of the three components of governance (government, society, private sector) does not play a role or function .

According to the predetermined schedule, today, Tuesday, February 2, 2021, several sub-districts in Mandau Subdistrict held Village Level Musrenbang in 2022, namely Gajah Sakti Village, Balik Alam Village, Talang Mandi Village, Duri Barat Village, Bantang Serosa Villageand East Duri Village.In this Musrenbang, the sub-district team was divided into two teams, consisting of a team from Mandau Subdistrict Head, Riki Rihardi and a team from Mandau District Secretary Muhammad Rusydy. At today’s musrenbang, in his speech, Head of Sub-district Riki Rihardi said, “Musrenbang is an event for deliberation to reach consensus which is held once a year. for that, we always remind you not to get bored and tired of proposing the aspirations of all of you in this musrenbang. All the development and community empowerment policies that will be implemented by the government all come from this musrenbang, “said Riki.
“For Proposals, I see that infrastructure development proposals still dominate, but don’t forget to also include proposals in other fields, especially proposals for the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in each Kelurahan. I also ask each urban village to submit an ambulance”So that later when people are sick, people don’t have to wait long for an ambulance from the hospital to arrive,” said the Head of Mandau Sub-district, Riki
Furthermore, Riki Rihardi also added “We ask each RW and RT to make an inventory of all roads or ditches in their respective kelurahan. check which one is still good, moderately damaged or heavily damaged so that we know which roads or ditches are priority. tobuild and repair, especially sewers because we don’t want floods to happen again in the Mandau Regency area. Therefore, we from the Mandau District Government will accommodate all existing proposals because we want our region to progress and develop. As for the number of proposals in each Kelurahan, namely for Gajah Sakti Village, there were 138 proposals with priority proposals for road development and trench development, for Balik Alam Village there were 58 proposals with priority proposals for development and repair of roads and ditches. Meanwhile, for Talang Mandi, the number of proposals was 145 with the priority of hotmix road construction and the construction of Trench / Drainage and for the Duri Barat Village there were 148 proposals with priority proposals on increasing asphalt hotmix roads, construction of concrete trenches andmaintenance of road media fences.while for East Duri Village the number of proposals is 75 with priority proposals for the procurement of Ambulance Cars, construction of trenches / drainage and construction of embankments (dams) and for Batang Serosa Village there are 25 proposals with priority for the construction of drilling wells and street lights.
